The top case is in fair condition due to scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. Some of these scratches are semi-deep and easily seen. The sides are in fair condition due to some deep scratches, dents and wear. The ports are functional, but are in fair condition due to heavy use, dings and scratches. The hinges are in good condition, sturdy and functioning properly. The bezel is in fair condition with signs of use as well as scuffs, dents and scratches. Functionality condition:

The LCD is fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to connect to a WiFi network and test the audio by playing a video. The WiFi and audio are both fully functional. The keyboard has been tested and all keys function properly. The MacBook will power on but only when connected to the charger. This means the battery is faulty.
