Cosmetic condition:

The left and right screens are in fair condition due to noticeable scratches, scuffs and wear. The casing is in poor condition due to heavy scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. This wear is very noticeable on the casing. The ports show heavy signs of use with scuffs and wear around them. The port itself is still functional. The headband is in poor condition due to many scuffs, scratches, wear, and stains. This wired VR headset does not include the cables needed to connect to another system. This headset does not include any controllers. The facial interface is in poor condition with moderate to heavy wear. There is noticeable cracking, scuffs, scratches, and/or wear from use. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.

Functionality condition:

The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to test the audio by playing a video. The audio is fully functional. The camera works great and shows clear images. No controllers are included with this headset.
